What we need from you to quote
Group quotes are mostly arithmetic, and the arithmetic needs five numbers: how many people, how many nights, which cities, what hotel category, and how many vehicles you want the group split across.
Send us those and you will have a costed plan the same day, with the per-head price at three different group sizes so you can keep selling it internally while people confirm.
For groups over fifty we hold hotel blocks on a provisional basis for seven days at no cost, which is usually enough time to collect confirmations.
